Regal.ai pioneered a new era of AI-driven voice agents, aiming to humanize automated conversations across customer support. As the creative lead, I reimagined how the brand presents AI agents, not as cold, robotic systems, but as personable, expressive, and brand-aligned teammates with character.

Regal needed to bridge the gap between high-tech functionality and human connection. Its early brand leaned playful and quirky, but the visual language lacked cohesion, polish, and consistency. To resonate with enterprise audiences, the company required a design system that balanced approachability with sophistication and worked seamlessly across campaigns, social, web, and in-product touchpoints.
The Transformation
I introduced a refreshed design language centered on clarity, trust, and enterprise credibility. This included:
Visual Identity – Refined typography, color, and illustration treatments to align with an enterprise-ready aesthetic while preserving Regal’s playful edge.
Campaign Design – Brought new campaigns like VCs on Call and experiential activations (e.g., Regal Popsicles at AI4) to life with cohesive, scalable visuals.
Digital Presence – Redesigned homepage modules and marketing assets to clearly communicate Regal’s value to enterprise buyers while making AI approachable.

This refreshed identity struck the ideal balance between function and fun. It retained the core whimsy of Regal’s AI voice campaigns while boosting visual clarity and brand alignment.
