Moving CRE into the Quant Era

To celebrate the launch of the VTS Data product in the London market, we designed a branded experience for an exclusive roundtable event. The goal was to introduce the product to key CRE leaders in the UK and establish VTS as the go-to source for data-driven insights in the industry. The visual direction was inspired by the idea of aggregation—bringing together many units into one powerful platform.

challenge.

VTS wanted to host a high-impact event that would set the tone for its entry into the UK data market—positioning the brand as a thought leader while creating an environment tailored to senior CRE professionals. The challenge was to design a refined, insight-driven experience that reflected the analytical strength of the product, localized the brand for a London audience, and extended seamlessly across both digital and physical event materials.

To bring this vision to life, I developed a cohesive design system that blended clarity, sophistication, and market specificity:

Grid as Metaphor and Structure: Leveraged a strict grid to unify layout elements while reinforcing the idea of aggregation—containing data-inspired visuals, maps, and architectural textures within a flexible yet ordered system.

Localized Visual Identity: Incorporated blueprint framing, a London-specific map treatment, and muted topographic layers to ground the event in its geographic context and nod to the precision of the platform.

Seamless Event Branding: Applied the visual system across key materials, including the event landing page, digital presentations, and signage—ensuring a consistent experience from promotion to in-person touchpoints.

The final design delivered a sophisticated, immersive event presence that introduced VTS Data to the UK market with clarity and impact—positioning the brand as both global and locally attuned.
