As part of my role as Lead Designer at Triplemint, I spearheaded the branding of one of their new developments, The Alexandra. This new development is located in the heart of Astoria, Queens, and required a compelling visual identity that captured its unique essence.

The Alexandra tells the story of a journey. Named after a woman who traveled thousands of miles from her home city of St. Petersburg, Alexandra seeks a place that is both vibrant and secluded, luxurious yet attainable, familiar yet new. She finds her home in Astoria, bringing with her a rich cultural heritage and adding a new thread to Astoria's diverse tapestry. The Alexandra’s narrative celebrates the journey to finding one’s home—long and sometimes arduous, but always worth it.

Curating an elevated narrative for Astoria, informed by dynamic cultural influences from around the world and a superior product offering, The Alexandra delivers a lifestyle that is luxurious, cosmopolitan, and wholly attainable. My role encompassed creating the visual identity, ensuring it reflected this rich, multifaceted story, and resonated with potential residents seeking a unique blend of luxury and culture in Astoria.
